[Unattended] Proposal for perl.bat: installing Perl into %ProgramFiles%\Perl instead of c:\Perl

Hi all,

could we append a
TARGETDIR="%ProgramFiles%"
to the msiexec command in perl.bat?

What do you think? For appsonly.bat that works, I'm not sure about OS +
application installs.
